Remote Working

We would like to thank you for being patient with us while we adjust to our new working arrangements.  As many of you will know, we are working remotely at the moment and will continue to do so for as long as necessary.  You can still contact us via the usual channels and we will aim to continue with business as normal where at all possible.

We have systems in place to conduct online business and meetings with you, and we will be contacting you as and when necessary to make the arrangements. 

We are aware that some meeting portal software, such as Zoom, has come under fire in the media recently.  We continue to monitor the situation and as always endeavour to make any transactions as secure as possible. Globally, 2,000 institutions ranging from the world's largest financial services companies to leading telecommunications providers, government agencies, universities, healthcare and medicine practices use the Zoom platform, so we are confident that it is the most appropriate tool to use at this time.

Any information shared between ourselves and our clients, using the online meeting software, is not of a personal nature so cannot be used to the detriment of our clients.
